How to Access Michigan Online
Getting started with Michigan Online is easy, and can be completed in a few simple steps.
Log In: To access courses, log in to Michigan Online using your U-M uniqname and password. If you’re having trouble logging in, visit our contact page for assistance.
Browse Courses: You can search our entire catalog of free courses and series by hovering over the Explore drop-down at the top of the site. Here, you’ll find individual courses, series, and even collections where you can explore a variety of specifically curated and interdisciplinary educational content.
Enroll: When you find a course or series to enroll in, make sure you click the Free Access button, which will allow you to take the course or series for free on our partner platforms (e.g., Coursera).
