Very helpful and interesting
I really recommend this course, it's very fast and informative. It covers how sleep habits deals in our performance, mental health, appearance and even life satisfaction. The concepts are important for leadership to know, as they can play a big role to build a culture of good sleeping habits (and avoid the macho moto of the superman who doesn't need to sleep)
I have trouble sleeping, so the course helped me understand the importance of sleep to health as well as the importance of good sleeping habits better.
It is q really help online interactive events to learn more about sleep and get strategy to improve your sleep habit, which could benefit your personal life and people around you. I would like to recommend this teach out to my friends, but alos will apply what I learned from it to my life, and share these helpful measures we could take to make our sleep in a good quality.
