This is one of the most hidden topics which is never discussed by anyone and is so dangerous. I feel very happy that I recognized the sleep deprivation problem and found solutions to resolve it. Most of the ideas shared were extremely helpful. The team involved did a great job in making the topic interesting and keep my attention focused. The sleep tracker challenge is a wonderful idea to track your sleep. The final point " Pay it Forward" is so important as most people are not even aware of their Sleep deprivation, so unless we do not talk people will never realize. Thank you once again for helping. I wish they talked also about oriental way of relaxation like yoga or physical exercises to improve your sleep. However, informative course, thank you.
Ideally we should have notes at the end of course with concrete steps (work on bedroom design, dont eat too much before slepp and etc) to have a good sleep
