Very Informative... I will change some habits!
Very interesting Teach-Out! The subject is a "hot-subject" nowadays, and this course provides the last discoveries and gives you very effective tools to improve your sleep for a better health.

Don't take this course if you have sleep problems and have already researched the technical information. You will not learn anything new or the latest ground breaking science. You also will not learn very much about what to do to improve sleep, however what there is, is useful and worth taking the course to learn. I wouldn't spend any money to get a cert because it isn't worth it.
Having said that If you don't know anything about sleep deprivation, then this is a 4 star course. Only 4 because, contrary to the title, they only devote a tiny fraction of the course to providing practical and actionable advice on how to improve your sleep, Definitely worth it though if you are starting without any knowledge of the field.
If you are sleep deprived you can skip the entire last third of the course because you will not find anything useful for improving your sleep there!

Good information backed up with current research, well presented.
This is the first teach out I enroll, and the content and information is amazing. I want to thank to all the team who make this teach out possible. I hope soon I can participate in the translation to Spanish to help others to learn about this important topic. I have now more tools to help me overcome my sleep deprivation problems that are hindering my health, quality of life, my job's performance and my life expectancy.
