Nice small course, I found something new about how to sleep right!
Very good course. It helped me understand why I was not resting enough.
Very useful course for insomniacs, and the fisrt course I studied via the Coursera platform. It has facilitated a modest improvement in my sleep, and more importantly perhaps, has inspired me to study many more really interesting Coursera subjects during those hours when I simply cannot sleep :)
I'm a chronic sleep avoider to maximise the time spent awake being busy, I've learnt now from this course and from implementation that some of those waking hours were inefficient and increasing sleep for long term health and longevity is more beneficial than squeezing out extra time each day.
A great course with interesting and well produced videos and content! I will be going to concretely design my sleep plan (and study plan) inline with the recommendations from the course!
