Fantastic course!
It was a very well done and interesting course. My only negative point is, that, while their strategies for better sleep were all good points on their own, the implementation was treated a bit naively, as if it was only a question of knowledge and decision. In reality, many factors deciding our sleep schedules are given by work and school hours, social norms and conventions, and time clashes with other important parts of our lives. Changing them might not be possible or involve huge trade-offs, and I feel like just acknowledging that in the strategies given would have made the course more realistic and therefore more helpful.

Really interesting insight of the importance of sleep and how it affects everyone around us. Plus, it gives easy tips to improve the quality of sleep and is encouraged by a sleep challenge. Totally recommended!
Great course! What I learnt: There are effective solutions to sleep deprivation.
You need to add to this course such thing like apnoe and record your sleep with audio and check it for this part of sleep deprivation. Some parts where not very engaging where some animation should be added instead of boring talks. Anyway, thanks you guys for this course)
I learned some things and was motivated to stop talking about it and actually change some things so I can get the proper amount of sleep.
This is a very informative, easy to understand course on the effects of sleep deprivation and how it affects everyone, as well as the problems in public health, the workplace and the community. I liked that it was easy for anyone, professionals or otherwise to understand. It was engaging and the information was presented in a very refreshing way.
