First we’ll hear from John Ciorciari, Professor and Associate Dean for Research and Policy Engagement at the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy, University of Michigan, and Javed Ali, Associate Professor of Practice at the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy, University of Michigan, who discuss the overall impact the war has had on global policy.
