Roe v. Wade Teach-Out

While Dobbs v. Jackson leaves abortion laws to the states, there has been some talk about the possibility of codification, which would be the passing of a national law that would affirm or disaffirm the right to abortion. Codification could happen at the level of Congress; one effort ongoing at this time to protect access to abortion is the Women’s Health Protection Act.
