The healthcare industry needs nursing leaders who are prepared to drive value-based and data-driven approaches to improve the quality, safety and effectiveness of care delivery. Our Leadership, Analytics and Innovation program is designed to help you develop the skills needed to move into these important leadership positions. The program is developed and taught by University of Michigan School of Nursing faculty researchers specializing in informatics, evidence-based practice and health analytics and a host of former chief nursing executives. You can look forward to building confidence, competence and a tool kit to appraise system challenges regarding the health of individuals and populations.
