Lija Hogan is the Director of Enterprise Research Strategy at UserTesting. Since graduating from the University of Michigan School of Information, she has focused on designing, managing, and evaluating user experiences across a wide variety of industries. She also has a degree in Russian and History from the University of Pennsylvania and an MLA from the University of Chicago.
