This second course in the "Feedback Loops" specialization will help you provide meaningful feedback to people both above and below you in a wide range of important organizational (and relational) structures.
Welcome to Feedback Loops: Vertical Feedback, the second course in the Feedback Loops: How to Give and Receive High-Quality Feedback specialization. This course focuses on feedback across hierarchies, helping you communicate effectively with supervisors and those you supervise. You will learn practical tools for managing up and down, strengthening relationships, and improving performance within structured organizations and teams.

Successful completion of all required assessments results in a passing grade. Learners must earn an overall score of 80% or higher to pass the course. Final grades are calculated cumulatively based on module reviews, each worth 25% of the final grade. Low-stakes practice quizzes are ungraded and do not count toward the final grade.
