Welcome to Feedback Loops: Team Feedback, the fourth course in the Feedback Loops: How to Give and Receive High-Quality Feedback specialization. This course focuses on feedback dynamics at the team level, including small, large, and remote teams. You will learn how to design feedback systems that strengthen collaboration, improve performance, and ensure all voices are heard within team-based environments.

Successful completion of all required assessments results in a passing grade. Learners must earn an overall score of 80% or higher to pass the course.
