Welcome to Feedback Loops: Horizontal Feedback, the third course in the Feedback Loops: How to Give and Receive High-Quality Feedback specialization. This course focuses on peer-to-peer feedback in workplaces, classrooms, and teams. You will learn practical strategies to reduce tension, avoid common pitfalls, and transform feedback among equals into a constructive, trust-building process that supports shared growth and continuous improvement.

Successful completion of all required assessments results in a passing grade. Learners must earn an overall score of 80% or higher to pass the course.
