In this course, we present common thoughts and feelings students have that might explain the reason behind some of their less ideal study behaviors. We'll describe each and share what intervention research has found to be helpful. You can decide which, if any, you might want to try, and you can jump around to the modules that resonate most with you.

Understand why engaging with online classes may be different. Learn about three ways you can think about engaging with a class. Select a strategy that will help you engage in your online class.
