Policy experts from the University of Michigan will discuss the economic, legal and public health implications of potential changes to the Affordable Care Act, also known as “Obamacare.” While the ACA's provisions to increase insurance coverage receive the most attention in the press, this Teach-Out will also highlight the ACA's provisions regarding the transformation of healthcare delivery and funding for public health initiatives.
