Ratings and Reviews for Inspiring and Motivating Individuals

As a long time manager, I was quite familiar with many of these concepts, but taking this course helped me to organize my approach better and gave me a yardstick to measure my approach when dealing with my team members

I have gained a lot of insight as a leader, l hope to continue to improve and continously take note of every member of the group and lead teams successfully. I recommend leaders out there and also aspiring leaders to try this specialisation! To me it was more than great.
