Doctor Max Sytch is an excellent narrator of the psychology and strategy of business. his voice is easy to listen to, as well as his expressions, i am having a great time learning, thanks!

Good blend of practical and research.

I learned so much in this class about influence and the things I can do right away to increase my ability to influence others. I also learned how some people can manipulate situations to their advantage and what actions to take to reduce the risk of unwanted influence. The instructors are GREAT and I would like to take more classes taught by them.

Great course. Wish I'd done it years ago, before influencing people in ways which were not always beneficial :)
