As mentioned for other courses of this Specialisation, lecturers are far too long when they could be streamlined a bit more to keep the content concise. This is overall a better course than others until here.

Great course; very applicable to workplace/everyday situations.
I did not expect this course to be so informative and to the point. Almost all of the course content was daily applicable at work. It gave me clarity of situations where I need to be emotionally involved but be analytically involved.

This course helped me identify different ways to persuade others and protect myself from the unwanted influence.
I enjoyed the course, it was very interesting. The only problem I have had is that I felt like there weren't enough real-life examples and that a few of the tactics learned in the course look really drastic. Maybe with real-life examples in those it would have been easier to understand.
