About Being Well at U-M and Beyond

Recognizing effective rest and wellness practices can make a big difference when managing the ups and downs of college life.“Being Well at U-M and Beyond” is a short course designed to help incoming University of Michigan students explore and strengthen their personal well-being. Through interactive modules on mental, emotional, and physical wellness, you’ll learn healthy habits to feel recharged and ready to take on the next challenge. Discover campus resources, practice self-awareness, and develop habits that support a balanced and fulfilling student life. By the end of the course, you’ll feel empowered to take control of your learning and to thrive both personally and academically at the University of Michigan.

This course is designed for U-M Ann Arbor students and may reference materials unavailable at other U-M campuses.

Grading Policy

Learners must earn an overall grade of 80% in order to pass the class. The course grade is based on four knowledge checks worth 40% (10% each), and a final project worth 60% of the final grade.
