Lindsey Mortenson, M.D., M.S., is the inaugural chief mental health officer and executive director of the University Health & Counseling. In addition, she serves as a clinical assistant professor of psychiatry at the University of Michigan. She has advanced training in healthcare quality, safety, and clinical informatics. Her work has been featured in the American Journal of Psychiatry, Journal of Affective Disorders, Journal of the American Medical Association, the CDC Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report, and College Psychiatry: Strategies to Improve Access to Mental Health.
