There isn't much teaching in here. The instructor goes on and on about the benefit of good writing. This sounds more like a sales pitch than a writing class.

I was originally thinking of just taking the 4th course, but I'm so glad I started at the beginning. Planning on continuing through all 4 courses!

Great course! I love all the examples and explanations. I don't remember my teachers in high school or college teaching some of this stuff. It is a well put together online class and I highly recommend this class if you want to improve your writing.

This is a dynamic, useful and interesting course. It incorporates a variety of learning material and styles. I would recommend it to people who want to brush up on skills and learn new ones. Prof Barry combines a diversity of learning examples to keep the course fresh, interesting and practical. I'm glad I took it.

Loved this. Patrick Barry was great. The first module felt long, but the others moved more quickly.
