I learned a lot form this course, not only daily negotiation skills, but also professional business negotiation, some of them i never noticed before, like different law system, it really worth to attend!

The course is well organized and it helps you to obtain clear understanding of all concepts and tools of getting a successful negotiation. In addition, Mr. Siedel is able to share along the course his great knowledge about negotiation by giving us known daily situations which helped me a lot to expand my knowledge as well as the use of important techniques to achieve successful negotiations.

The professor is just amazing. It didn't even feel like a lecture, rather felt like hearing a nice story. Several videos, materials very nice course.
