An excellent course for everyone who wants to improve their knowledge in the field of negotiation, dispute resolution and understand the legal and psychological intricacies of negotiation. This course has been a mouthful of learning professional skills set required by the present day competitive environment. Every aspect of this course is designed in a way that the learner interacts directly with the real time situations happening globally, provided by the tutor resulting in shaping your professional understandings. The course has provided me with a diverse experience learning globally with other students and gave a chance to intercultural communication that made this course interesting and worthy.
