The course is an excellent choise for someone who wants to gain basic knowledge on negotiations.

Excellent course that will teach you to critically analyze all negotiations and tactics in order to improve your negotiating skills and achieve the best deal.

I hate to be negative, but I honestly expected something different from the course. The professor is definitely an experienced guy who has a lot to impart, but my expectations were a bit different from what was taught in the course. I expected more focus on negotiation skills while being given a great focus on a lot of legal aspects. However, for people who are in sales positions in the US this can be very beneficial.
