I learnt a lot. The most fun was the Case study near the end. I think it needs more of those.
I work as a Contract administrator, and this course was a real find for me: good presentation, useful recommendations, difficult issues explained in plain and very understandable language even for a non-native speaker, specials thanks to the Professor for good humor. I've had fun!

I am very pleased to take this course. Professor George J. Siedel Paperback was very instructive and good-humored.
This is a great course and I have learnt a lot from it. The Negotiation skills will help me in my future career as well as making an accurate decision. Thanks to Prof. George Siedel for the knowledge he has imparted in me.
