This course was pretty challenging but I consider it as one of the most enjoyable course that I studied thru online.

Very interactive course. Also, the assignments were really testing the learning from the different modules. Overall, a good beginner's course and actually implementable concepts and tactics.

The instructor of this course is fantastic! He's upbeat, peaceful and positive, with detailed explanations and engaging anecdotes and reflections. It's not too demanding and provides wonderful insight that's useful, as-is or as a springboard to explore further. Highly recommended to give you a better understanding of how to effectively negotiate, whether it's an employment contract, a real estate purchase or a discount on a meal.
