I liked the methodical and practical way of aporoaching negotiations as taught in this course.From preparation to performance and evaluation the course provides a scientific way of approaching negotiations.Maybe some content on exactly when negotiations start in a business environment especially in deal making ecosystems such as corporate sales,PPPs etc coyld be useful.
