Ratings and Reviews for Programming for Everybody (Getting Started with Python)

Easy, fun course - got me to change from python to perl - Thanks Dr. Chuck

Great teacher. I really like how he shows you the process and how to think like the computer in order to solve the procedures. Feel it's a great starter!

It's a great course, and a amazing teacher!

Excellent

Great Work by Coursera Team and University of Michigan , Looking forward to complete entire specialisation course...

Great course!

Outstanding Course for a newby. All about programming. Lectures and problems are clear and relate directly to the subject not related topics like statistics and other disciplines which add nothing to the Python and Python programming focus. Dr. Severance has built a great specialization here. Problems can be challenging but doable within the time frame represented by the course description (give or take a couple hours on some of the more challenging ones. I've learned alot! Thanks

It's a great intro course to Python Professor Severance is really great and brings it down to the lowest level one can understand. The assignment tool is pretty great as well. Gives you the errors you need to work on.

Great course. Perfect pace for those that don't know programming at all. Can be done in one week for the other

This course can be translated for any software development language. I loved this courser because the instructor has a great didactic.
