Ratings and Reviews for Programming for Everybody (Getting Started with Python)

The first class is very easy. However, the learning experience is great and Prof. Charles Severance is so fun to work with. Thanks for the wonderful introduction course and materials.

very interactive and useful for students :-)

A professor who explained everything straight and clear, oh also, quite funny!! :D

This is the really good class to start Python learning. Good material, lectures, test. I recommend!

Excellent introductory course!

Fun course

Greatest class I have ever join.

chapter 4 needs a little work. I worked all the examples in every chapter before doing the quizzes or even watching the videos. Chapter 4 was so hard to get anything to work that I only did a few things. Other than that everything was very good. More and simpler exercises at smaller intervals would be helpful as well. I needed a lot more practice than this gave me, but I muddled through.

just brilliant, i am a mechanical engineer and the way this course was introduced to me till i wrote and successfully wrote my first program, it was just a great learning experience. hope to meet you soon sir.

IMHO perfect teaching content, but just missing a little bit more complex practice exercises
