This course help me very much to understand the basic idea of Python and I am pleased to do the course.

Incredible intro to Python! The professor is super relatable and walks you through every concept incredibly well, without assuming any prior knowledge. Don't look any further if you'd like to learn Python and know nothing.

Because the course hasn't been updated since 2017, ,some of the content was no longer apllicable and because the portal - where you access TA's/Admins, hasn't been up dated in 2 years and because there were no TA/Admin reply's to quesitons/code, it was difficult to trouble shoot/solve errors and no discussions / community to engage with. I just didn't feel like I connected with the instructor - I'm sure he was good instructor for general audience, but just didn't make feel confident that I was getting the best effort a university normally offers as far as professionalism and university student problem solving and applying learned content.

This is an amazing course!! All credits to the amazing instructor for his efforts and passion to teach Python in an easy way. Very grateful! I did course. Thank you Prof. Chuck Severance.

Awesome Course by Coursera

This is such a great course for anyone looking to learn Python or even just coding in general! It can be a bit daunting trying to figure where to start when you have no coding experience, and this is it. You don't need to know anything going in and once you come out, you'll have an excellent foundation to begin reading/writing code. I HIGHLY recommend!
