Professor Charles is a very learned professor who makes it so easy to understand fundamental programming concepts!

Loved the course, but a little disappointed that the instructor just rushes things forward.

Very good introduction to the subject matter, which doesn't dive in to quickly. There were no moments of feeling lost, because the presentation is gradual, and uses simple analogies to explain the concepts.

I like the explanation behind functions, variables, arguments, parameters, etc. Provides the why with how.

It was an awesome experience but the only issue is that when you stuck in any assignment then you will not have any help from university. There must be some contact of teachers who can guide or help the student when he or she stuck in any assignment and could not go further in course and then there exist a deadlock. But apart from that the course was stunning. Thank you coursera, university of michigen and also Prof. Chuk. 😊😊

Excellent instructor, through out the course I did not get bored while learning Python and always had my thinking caps on. This course helped me gain my confidence back programming, so much so I have started to teach Python to 5 of my colleagues. I will be looking forward to complete all the other courses of this series as well. :)
