As a beginner course, I think this is a very good course. The basics are covered in a very easy going manner and the instructor is definitely very good at breaking things down into words which probably anyone can understand. But somehow it lacks the content. Not that it's necessarily a bad thing here. If i were a beginner in programming, I wouldn't have been able to learn a lot from this course alone. So, I would highly advise that you do practice of the concepts you learn and try experiments and stuffs, read the book and solve more questions, etc. That way, you'll have a lot of confidence in the language and its concepts.
For those who are more well verse than someone who hasn't coded before, or like me, who has reached almost intermediate levels (in C++ and has learned a little bit of JAVA), it wasn't that fruitful for learning something new. Not that I was expecting this course to teach me in-depth. I enrolled in the course for the certificate and brushing up on the concepts I have already learned in past.
To summarize, it's a great course. The instructor is great. The tests are simple. The coding questions help you develop basic problem solving skills.
