This course is great. Take it. I took it to determine whether or not I had the aptitude to continue on and enroll in a boot camp for Software Developers. I decided yes and just completed my boot camp with honors. Professor "Snape" Severance is a great instructor for my style of learning and I found it to be well put together incorporating good instruction, course materials, practice, and hands-on application with the opportunity to really program and make things "work" or fail and be able to understand why and correct your mistakes by the included tutorials and instruction. It does start off a little quickly and you may not understand exactly how to install everything right off the git go but just pause and google it if needed, Stack Overflow is a good result to go read or reach out for help here in the forums if anyone is around.

I can say this will be a good start for all beginners who are ready to learn python. Loved it..

Over all course is really good and the way instructor explained it, is really great. It feels like some is sitting in front of you and teaching you even though it was just one way communication, but still felt like live class. Only one thing I feel is missing, number of exercises to practice, it can have more number of exercises which can be ungraded so , student can do them as their time pace and submit.

It was my first experience as a new Coursera user. I found this course well-organized and informative that opened the doors to the programming world easily. The instructor is super friendly and the materials covered in the course are well-defined. it was an incredible experience.

teacher is amazing, course is so easy to understand and follow

The teacher always drink his spit in his mouth and its quite disturbing and also dont drink water in class it makes noise
