I want to express my gratitude to Scott DeRue Maxim Sytch 🇺🇦 Jeff Brodsky, Morgan Stanley & John Beilein & Coursera for 🧶Leading People and Teams Specialization by the University of Michigan. It was one more long and interesting digital journey of discovering the world by learning and improving new theories and HR practices, such as essential leadership skills, including how to inspire and motivate individuals, manage talent, influence without authority, and lead teams, together with highly educated and experienced coaches.

Course intent is good and so are the thought provoking questions. However, I have come across several comments from the students for peer review of the capstone project. I think such a great course is not getting all five stars because of the peer dependent completion. One does not know how much time it would take for someone to review. Thanks Sanjay
