A solid introduction to User Experience Principles and Processes. However, I would have liked to understand more about the careers of UX Designers and Researchers earlier in the program in the program content, rather than at the end in bonus material. I would have found it valuable to contextualize the information with an understanding of the career.

I really enjoyed taking the course and all the concepts I learned, I think that for people like me, who are just getting introduced to the topic, this is a great start as it points out authors, theories, and concrete examples and applications of UX research
