<co-content><text>A very good course teaching the basic ideas of thermodynamics including transient and steady-state systems, heat, work, mass and energy transfer, and different cycles such as the Brayton cycle and the Rankine cycle. The practice is good, teaching analysis of different systems and cycles as well as phase diagrams, and more basic topics such as units and types of work/heat transfer. As the name suggests, the course is an introduction and it seems that it focuses more on analytical and engineering side of thermodynamics rather than the mathematical theoretical basis, which it does very well. Recommended.</text></co-content>
