This course is concise, clear, comprehensive, and easy to understand. The teacher is clearly an expert and there were sufficient assessments to gauge opportunities. I couldn't ask more from an online course.

An excellent course with a fantastic presenter.

Science is not very sound here, especially when they get to explaining data. Statistics that don't account for all the factors, like, idk, GENETICS when it comes to old age issues are trash. So this course is pretty meh. I still don't know what my core beliefs are 🤷🏻♀️
