I really enjoyed the course and the way it encouraged me to think deeply about my life going forward. I do wish there had been opportunities to either engage with the speakers or with other students. The course felt pretty lonely.

super well explained, excellent course

Very cool course! After finishing the Happiness one this is a good level to add.

This was a great course because it made you look internally at your own self and determine what makes you tick and how to improve your life. The professor was very engaging and made sure that you looked within your own self and figure out how you could be the best individual possible within your own personal framework.

Not everything is by learning but also by practice.
